1. Has anyone in your life talked in their sleep?
- My hubby said that I talk while sleeping SOMETIMES! Maybe when I'm in such a deep slumber and I'm dreaming of something! LOL

2. What do you like about fall?
- The weather, I like how it's hot and sunny in the afternoon but cool at night. Love the SoCal weather!

3. Do you have an addictive personality?
- I don't think so.

4. Who was the last person to do something extra special for you?
- My hubby - for filling up my water bottle for gym yesterday, and my parents for buying some goodies for me. :) Love 'em so much!

5. Would you ever take someone back if they cheated on you?
- Hmm.. it all depends on the situation and what you feel about the person. It's always easier to say NO now but when you get there, it all changes.

6. Are you happy with where you are in life?
- Yeaaah.. :)

7. Do you believe that you can change someone?
- I think so. It doesn't always happen but somehow, possible!

8. Have you ever wished you could've had someone but you couldn't?
- No, not really. Very happy with the one I have now. *winks*

9. Would you ever fight someone over your significant other?
- Yeah, possible! Hihi

Memo about Vicks Sinex Nasal Spray.

I usually get email alerts from the USFDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) regarding product recalls, new approved drugs, etc. just to keep me updated on what's happening in the Pharmacy world. I got this yesterday:

The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) announced today it is voluntarily recalling three lots of its Vicks Sinex nasal spray in three countries: the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom. The company said it is taking this precautionary step after finding the bacteria B. cepacia in a small amount of product made at its plant in Gross Gerau, Germany.

The lot numbers of the products involved are:

Tis' the season of giving

We got another invite the other day. A friend's daughter is turning 4 the day before thanksgiving and they are having a party for her. Then I chatted with another friend last night and they are planning for an early Christmas party at their place on mid December. Trying to make Christmas fun here in the US, as we all know, it isn't as grand and joyful as it is in the Philippines. Over there, Christmas songs would air on the radio when we hit the "ber" months so yes, as early as September! There will be an exchange gift for the adults to make it more fun and merrier. I instantly thought of visa gift card, it will be a nice present to whomever I would pick as my "exchange gift" person. I can even design my own and maybe even put the person's picture in the card! How neat is that!

Midnight Madness Sale

Thanksgiving is next week Thursday and I'm sure we all have to be thankful for, right? No matter how hard life is, we should still be thankful and grateful for what we have because there are other people in the world who is suffering greatly because they don't have money to buy food, clothes or shelter. Here in the US, Thanksgiving doesn't only mean having roast turkey for lunch or dinner. People usually wait for this time of the year to get their shopping done especially their Christmas shopping!
Some sample of the stores offer this Black Friday here. Quite exciting but be prepared for long queues at the counter, fitting rooms, etc.

Apartments Construction

My parents are planning on renovating their apartment business next year. My mom has been planning and budgeting the money for the costs of materials plus the labor i.e. salaries for the workers. I mentioned Ready Mix Concrete Long Island to her the other day when I rang her to say my hello's. She will be in need of some sand, cements, gravels and even some sealants. She made a long list of everything to make sure she won't forget anything the foreman tells her buy. They, the parentals, are all quite excited with this contruction/renovation. This has been in the works for quite sometime but with all the natural disasters happening and with recession, it was hold-off until now.

Working out.

All of you following my blog knows by now that I've been working out at the gym doing my usual run on the treadmill and some weights here and there, and hiking while the hubby goes for a ride on his mountain bike at the Canyon near our house. I've always been a workout junkie, although for the past 3 years I didn't have any gym membership unlike today, I would only go the the public track and field oval they have in Bermuda to go for a run. I have to be honest though. I am no where buff or with toned muscle. Haha I don't workout for that but to just stay fit and healthy because I eat rice everyday! I probably need to think about meal replacements if I want to be serious in losing these baby fats. I am also leaning towards these Protein Diet Shakes which I think would be a good supplement to my workout so I can see a big difference if I want to be able to get back to my bikini body next Summer!
